  I have to mention a few staff names that just really stood out! Kenny, who actually works for ST Costa Rica DMC. He was so patient with all my questions (trust me, I asked a lot and took notes) about the excursions. Everyone was amazing.  

This was definitely trip to remember!!! 

Whenever we get a chance to travel, my rule is that we always go somewhere new, but this place has made me change my mind. We will have to go back! 

We may bring our kids next time! Everyone needs to experience this!

  Trabajamos con Kenneth de la W en Guanacaste y tuvimos una gran experiencia! Utilizamos Swiss Travel para todas nuestras excursiones y tuvimos el mejor tiempo. Kenneth hizo todo lo posible para garantizar que pudiéramos hacer todas las excursiones que pedimos, incluso con algunos retrasos meteorológicos. Hicimos un tour en ATV, paseos a caballo y un día completo de pesca en barco charter. Todo superó nuestras expectativas.   Working with Joselin was a pleasure. She was extremely responsive and provided me with all of the information I needed to present options to the family. Importantly, the commercial aspect of this engagement went very smoothly, including invoicing and payments. This is not something that I take for granted when engaging with DMC’s outside of the U.S., so kudos to Swiss Travel for understanding the expectations and deliverables when dealing with U.S. agencies. 

The airport transfers and tours went extremely well and met Virtuoso’s standards (in my opinion). Your people were top notch with excellent language skills, the vehicles were very nice/new/clean, everything went according to plan logistically, and the guests were all very pleased. In particular we had Dennis as our handler for both the Rio Negro and Tamarindo excursions, and he added a tremendous amount of value with his personality and insights. He was extremely focused on everyone in the group having a great experience. Again, Dennis and your other personnel met all of my expectations for a Virtuoso provider.

  Nuestra familia de 5 personas reservó una excursión "Tierra y Mar" que incluía ATV off - carretera seguido de moto acuática. Reservamos el viaje en el hotel W Reserva Conchal. No podemos hablar lo suficiente sobre la experiencia. El servicio fue de primera categoría y se hizo con cuidado y una sonrisa. Nuestro guía turístico, Dyron (lo siento si he escrito mal su nombre) , era excelente. Creció en la zona y nos llevó a los lugares más majestuosos imaginables.   Dear Swiss Travel - 

I wanted to let you know what an amazing, wonderful experience we had with all the arrangements made by Swiss Travel. 

The arrival, airport meet and transfer to the Doubletree Cariari, and the meeting with German to go over the program for the week were perfect. The transfers from San José to La Fortuna, and then on to Monteverde, Tamarindo, and the airport in Liberia were great - wonderful drivers, and vehicles large enough that the 7 of us did not feel like we were sitting on top of one another. The included excursions in La Fortuna (Ecotermales) and Monteverde (night walk in the cloud forest) were wonderful. We did a few excursions we booked ourselves, which were fun, but the two arranged by Swiss Travel were the best. I knew that booking through Globus Independent was the best option for this trip, and I was very pleased to find out that Swiss Travel was handling the land arrangements. As both the booking agent and a member of the family group, I knew that whatever happened, good or bad, it would be on me! I am happy to tell you that my family were absolutely thrilled with the entire trip, as was I. 

As the travel planner (and only Spanish speaker in the group), I was the primary point of communication with all Swiss Travel personnel, both in person and via WhatsApp (which was brilliant). All of the staff answering WhatsApp queries, drivers, and guides were informative, kind, and helpful, and I want to commend them all to you. Your staff is truly outstanding.

  Fuimos en un crucero y como parte de una excursión de viajes suizos, los guías turísticos viajaban en el pequeño autobús. El tiempo desde el barco hasta el destino, la finca de café Starbucks, fue de más de una hora de viaje. Durante este tiempo, nuestro conductor, Demetri, estuvo concentrado y nos llevó de un lugar a otro. Además, Humberto fue un guía maravilloso con una narrativa sobre su país y sobre las profundidades de su organización. Nos fuimos con un sentimiento de su amor por Costa Rica y un conocimiento sobre la gente y el gobierno que hace que deseemos regresar.

  Hicimos este recorrido como parte de nuestro viaje de aniversario. Fue un día muy completo. Tuvimos la guía más maravillosa que jamás hayamos tenido y hemos viajado mucho. Su nombre es Jorge. ¡Qué guía tan amable, paciente y conocedor! Durante el viaje de tres horas en autobús hasta allí le hicimos preguntas sobre la cultura en Costa Rica y él nos proporcionó datos e información a lo largo del camino. En el viaje de regreso, se detuvo para ir al baño y se aseguró de que todos estuviéramos atendidos. Nos mostró a todos lo maravilloso que es el pueblo costarricense, dándonos un ejemplo de su amabilidad y maravillosa personalidad. Realmente disfrutamos mucho de esto. El conductor del autobús también hizo un gran trabajo conduciendo y cuidándonos. Lo recomendaría altamente.
