With a 22-year career in the tourism industry across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on the Cruise division, Berny Agüero has distinguished himself through his charisma, responsibility, and dedication in all his roles throughout his career.

From a young age, he took on significant responsibilities that contributed to his personal and professional growth, driven by the support of key figures and pioneers in the Cruise industry in the country. His achievements include coordinating freelance guides, optimizing logistics and multiple operations, managing turnarounds for prestigious cruise lines, creating and developing products, negotiating with suppliers and cruise lines, as well as visiting clients and attending important industry fairs such as FCCA and Seatrade.

He currently holds the position of Sales Manager for the Cruise sector, where he maintains contact and negotiates with various cruise line executives, visits clients, and attends industry fairs. His goal is to build relationships, maintain, and attract new business for the company and visitors to the country.
