With over 12 years of experience, Steven began his professional journey in customer service, which allowed him to showcase his ability to build both national and international relationships, eventually leading him directly into the world of tourism. Over the years, he applied his knowledge and skills to advance to the role of Operations Supervisor.

As time went on, Steven started taking on additional responsibilities such as host, fair coordinator, conference organizer, and manager of incentive groups, where he could apply and demonstrate his passion for the tourism industry. His versatility and strong social skills provided him with the experience necessary to take on responsibilities that ensured successful growth within the industry. His efforts and desire to progress have led him to his current role as one of the Coordinators in the Cruise Department at Swiss Travel.
