To my surprise, everything was much easier than I expected.

After settling in, we began exploring the property. The plan was ambitious: to try and experience as many activities as possible in order to fully understand the resort’s offerings.

In the evening, Cienfuegos delivers a vibrant dining experience centered around fire cooking, and El Cultivo connects cuisine directly to the land through its garden, workshops, and unique experiences such as the Edible Garden Dinner.
