(1,625 m²), this exclusive residence can accommodate up to 16 guests, including 4 children aged 12 and above. It boasts six bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two powder bathrooms, an infinity pool, a screening room, a fitness area, a games area, a spa treatment room, a hammam, and water and beach access.
The residence also features staff quarters with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small kitchen. Additionally, guests have access to the Prieta Beach Club and Golf.
